The heart of Long Island’s Gold Coast is the setting for North Shore’s magnificent 14 acre country estate providing the perfect environment for children to play, explore and make friends. Overlooking the Long Island Sound and alongside the 200 acre Welwyn Nature Preserve, North Shore evokes a warm and special feeling, unique to camping in Nassau County or anywhere else.
The centerpiece of North Shore Day Camp’s campground is our beautiful, century-old Mansion that operates as our air-conditioned Welcome Center.
